We are fundraising for children and adults with disabilities
Every journey looks different—and that difference deserves to be honored.
Because of you, young people and adults with disabilities aren’t left wondering “what’s next” on their own. This year, Family Resource Navigators provided one-on-one guidance and barrier-removal support to 2,255 people, and made more than 19,000 touchpoints with families—by phone, text, and in person—so help was there when it mattered most.
Your support helped families unlock access to 1,802 essential services, from healthcare and benefits to therapies and equipment. Behind each number is a person who gained stability, confidence, and the freedom to move forward.
Every story is unique, but the theme is the same: people are finding their way with dignity, trust, and choice.
As we close out 2025, the work continues—and so does the need. That’s why we’ve launched our new Supported Decision-Making website, YourDecisionMatters.org. With this new resource, we're expanding access to clear, accessible tools that center people’s voices and help young people and adults with disabilities lead self-directed lives.
